  • Residents within the city limits of Warsaw can apply yearly for assistance with snow removal from the end of their driveway if they have been deemed unable to do so themselves by a medical professional. Once a day when snow is being actively plowed and/or accumulating, the Parks Department will clear the end of the driveway only. Citizens are responsible for snow removal on the rest of the driveway and their property. The application for assistance can be found here (PDF).
