Rental Information
Reservation fee: $250.00 + tax (Mon-Thu) or $300.00 + tax (Fri-Sun)
Credit/Debit fee: 3% of transaction total – Mandatory and applies to any card transaction
Damage deposit: $250.00 cash – Due at key pick-up
Reservation length: 7 AM to 10 PM – On the reserved day only

Kitchen: Sink, fridge, microwave, & kitchen area with oven/stove
Alcohol: Not allowed on any Parks property

Refund Policy
Once a transaction is processed and a receipt is generated, the Parks Department refund policy applies. To receive a refund, the lessee must cancel the reservation 30+ calendar days prior to the rental date either in person or over the phone. A cancellation fee of $50.00 will be assessed by the Parks Department and removed from the total refund. If the cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to the rental date, no refund will be issued. Refunds take approximately 4-6 weeks to process after the cancellation has been confirmed. Refunds will consist of a City issued check, issued to the lessee’s name, and mailed to the address provided on the account. Under no circumstances will a cash or credit refund ever be issued; refunds are by check only. Service fees for use of a credit/debit card will not be included in the refund.

Key Pick-Up
Keys must be picked up from the Parks Office before 4:00 PM at least 1-2 days before the rental. The Office is only open Mon-Fri from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, closed for lunch 1:00-1:30 PM. If you cannot make it, you can send someone else with the damage deposit so long as they know who they are picking up for. The Parks Office closes promptly at 4:00 PM on Friday afternoons and does not reopen until Monday morning. Any renter that does not retrieve their keys by that time will not have access to their rental and will forfeit any monies paid for the facility.

Please make sure to read the attached facility rules before contacting us to make a rental. Reservations can be made Monday through Friday during business hours either over the phone with a credit card or in person with cash, check, or card. There are no online reservations at this time.
