On April 16, 2018, the Common Council adopted a Summer Credit program (PDF). This program runs mid-April to mid-September (affecting the June - October bills), and it allows homeowners to pay the average of their November-January water consumption (or January-March bills) as a relief from summer sprinkling, watering, filling swimming pools, etc.
All owners of dwelling units must apply to participate in this program by completing and returning the form below by mail, fax, or email. A new application must be submitted when a transfer in ownership occurs for a dwelling unit.
To take full advantage of the 2018 season, applications must be received by June 1, 2018.
