About the Fund
The Revolving Loan Fund, as established by city ordinance, shall be known as “A Home Of Your Own.” The program shall be administered by the Warsaw Housing Authority’s sister agency, Housing Opportunities of Warsaw Inc.
The funds set forth for the program and revenue generated from the program shall be administered by the Housing Authority on behalf of the City of Warsaw. The fund includes all past payments collected from Warsaw Owner-Occupied programs I, II, III, and IV. The funds and accounts will be monitored and recorded as stated under Owner-Occupied Programs. The funds in this program shall be held in a separate savings account. Any future Owner-Occupied programs in the City of Warsaw that generate funds will not be placed in this account.
