"Team Work" among Departments
Following a call to the Mayor's Office, local photographer Al Disbro captured the rescue of ducklings from a storm sewer drain. The mother duck was on the sidewalk, but her babies couldn't get up over the curb. As they waddled across a storm drain cover trying to follow their mother, they fell through the drain holes. City employees immediately came to the rescue, helping them find their way back to Center Lake.
