City Hall Dedication
An estimated 300 to 400 people attended the dedication and open house for City Hall on Saturday, May 11, 2013.  WPD Officer Brad Kellar sang the national anthem.  State Representative Rebecca Kubacki, former mayor Ernie Wiggins, and Council president Diane Quance spoke briefly, along with Mayor Joe Thallemer.  Father Phil DeVolder of Sacred Heart Church blessed the building. The Warsaw Community High School jazz band performed on the 2nd floor deck.
