Warsaw City Code - Chapter 4, Section 74, addresses downtown parking. The City of Warsaw employs a Parking Control Officer, who patrols the downtown area on a regular basis. The officer uses the Cardinal Tracking System to track and record what spaces vehicles are parked in for a specific timeline.
There is a 2-hour parking limit for downtown parking Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Parking tickets are issued for the following violations:

|| 2nd Overtime Parking
|| Double Parking
|| Improper Parking
|| Alley Parking
|| Blocking Driveway
|| No Parking Area
|| Parking in Handicapped Stall
Parking violation fees are due and payable 30 days after receipt. Fines double if not paid within 30 days.
NOTE: VIOLATORS WILL BE PROSECUTED.
