Housing Authority
The City of Warsaw Housing Authority was established in 1972 by City Ordinance number 72-1-1. The Housing Authority is a municipal corporation and has all the powers necessary to conduct business under IC 36-7-18, with approval of the City of Warsaw, with the use of ordinances. The Housing Authority shall conduct business within five miles of the corporate boundaries of the City of Warsaw.

Mission Statement
The mission of the Warsaw Housing Authority is to provide quality housing opportunities to improve the lives of the citizens who are in need and to provide safe, decent, affordable housing for eligible residents of the City of Warsaw.
