Diane Quance has lived in the Warsaw area since graduating from Manchester College in 1976 with a B.A. in psychology. She has worked for Bowen Center, the YMCA as a swim and water aerobics instructor, the Division of Family and Children as a child welfare caseworker , Manchester College as adjunct faculty in the social work department, IPFW as adjunct faculty and is currently in her 24th year with Warsaw Community School as a Guidance Counselor.

Quance holds a MSW degree from Indiana University with a specialty in planning and management and is a licensed school counselor, licensed marriage and family therapist, and licensed clinical social worker. Her three children were raised in Warsaw and she has four grandchildren.

Diane is a graduate of Kosciusko Leadership Academy and has served on the Cancer Society Board, the KCSL board (and as a coach and referee), the founding Board of Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Sus Amigos, and is currently president of the Pike Lake Conservation Association. Fifth District residents have probably seen Diane walking her two dogs just about everywhere in the district. She is very excited to be on the city council and hopes to remain there for several terms as she learns how to serve her community in this new adventure.
