Following the adoption of a new wastewater rate ordinance (PDF) to support the upcoming wastewater rehabilitation and replacement project, billing cycles and processes for residents will change.
Residents will not receive a bill during the month of December. Instead, the wastewater bill for December's service will be received in January, likely later in the month. Moving forward, all bills will continue to be received the month after service has been provided. Residents will likely have a new billing due date, and that date will be on their new bill that is received in January.
